OUR VISION
In the coming six years we are growing beyond a single program to become an international network of creative sanctuaries for youth.

In Phase 1, we will Strengthen the Foundation (Year 1–2) by:

Expanding the Arts Mentorship Program to serve more children locally
Enhancing the Magic Mountain YouTube series with consistent episodes and growing digital reach.
Building staffing, training, and volunteer capacity using Mount Shasta as a model for launching similar centers in other rural areas, and training local facilitators to implement our arts-based curriculum and mentorship model.

In Phase 2: we aim for Regional Replication (Year 3–4) by

Translating programming and Magic Mountain into multiple languages for international audiences developing and securing the site for Mount Shasta’s flagship Community Arts & Creativity Center, and
expanding digital media offerings (including Magic Mountain spin-offs or themed series).

In Phase 3: we achieve National & Global Reach (Year 5+) by

Creating a scalable digital mentorship toolkit for other nonprofits and educators
Forming national partnerships with schools, arts orgs, and digital platforms
Establishing additional community hubs across underserved regions in the U.S. and abroad

Our vision is not just to teach art—but to build a movement of empowered young creators and storytellers who uplift their communities and reshape the world.
